Move your business from Chaos to Control

It’s so easy to get caught up in all sorts of crap that you have to deal with to make your business successful.

It’s always like “Okay, so we’ve achieved this, let’s go to the next thing right away”.

But how often do you stop to reflect on your success so far?

This is what I want my clients to think about in our coaching sessions.

Start with a sheet that has three columns.

The first column is about business wins. Something you have done in the past few months that you are very proud of.

Then we have the team wins. Write down some amazing things that your team has done to support your growth.

The last one is about client wins. Think about any milestones you have reached when it comes to how happy your clients have been with you.

Now stop for a moment and add one more column..

We all focus on how successful our businesses are. But what about ourselves?

How does everything we’ve done so far make us feel?

This is why you need to add a fourth column about your personal wins.

Here’s what I’d like you to do now:

Make your own sheet with these columns and write down as many things as you can. They don’t have to be monumental or anything, just something you’re proud of.

This is extremely important because it helps you raise your positivity levels.

You’ll probably see that you’ve done an amazing job in a lot more things than you imagined.

Once you do this, you’ll be ready to move on to the next stage.
